To Save A Martyr

Authorities have made public the evidence against the Fireworks kids, pipebombs, an explosive mixture, 23 feet of fuse wire, .22 caliber bullets, an electric drill,  a laptop5 gallons of gas and a video tape made my Mohammad that instructors a would be martyr how to turn a toy car into a detonator. Just a fun day at the beach.

Mohammed admitted that he create the do it yourself video so that terrorists could be saved for other attacks. What a selfless act on his part. I bet the medical student in MI was just as innocent as these two terrorists.

On the laptop is a video, Mohammed admits that it is him in the video, providing instruction on how to create a remote control bomb using remote controlled toy cars or boats. Wasn’t this what he was arrested for in Egypt?

The FBI also seized a .22 caliber rifle from a storage unit in Florida and a remote toy boat from Mohammed’s home.

There is also issues with the passport for Megahed, there are two, with different names. On top of that Megahed has traveled back and forth to Egypt, Saudi Arabi, Canada and Nigeria. Hmmm No posible terrorist ties there…

I guess this blows all the deniers theories apart. I wonder what CAIR will come up with now…

The plot thickens. Read the St. Petersburg Times: (Hat tip – reader Lynne)

Well, well, well:

PVC pipe filled with homemade “low-grade explosive mixture” and a videotape instruction for turning a remote-controlled toy car into a detonator were among the items found in the car driven by two University of South Florida students arrested in South Carolina and now facing federal explosives charges, according to a federal prosecutor.

An assistant U.S Attorney outlined the evidence confiscated from the car driven by two suspended USF students — describing a container and three pipes filled with a low grade explosive mixture.

The list also included a videotape that instructs viewers on how to convert a toy electric car into a detonator. Defendant Ahmed Mohamed has admitted making the tape, and in it he says he intended the instruction “to save one who wants to be a martyr for another battle,” said federal prosecutor Jay Hoffer.

Just two innocent boys with fireworks on their way to the beach, eh?

They sure know how to conjure up the weirdest defenses for their actions that you’ve ever heard of. From the St. Petersberg Times (via Michelle Malkin):
