More Voter Fraud – Philadelphia

And this is why organizations such as the Black Panthers can militantly assualt America’s right to vote… The legitimate authorities are blocked from it… Notice how the stories excuses of why the republican EB members were kicked out differs… More Change You Can Believe In!

GOP Election Board members have been tossed out of polling stations in at least half a dozen polling stations in Philadelphia because of their party status.

A Pennsylvania judge previously ruled that court-appointed poll watchers could be NOT removed from their boards by an on-site election judge, but that is exactly what is happening, according to sources on the ground.

It is the duty of election board workers to monitor and guard the integrity of the voting process.

Denying access to the minority (in this case Republican) poll watchers and inspectors is a violation of Pennsylvania state law. Those who violate the law can be punished with a misdemeanor and subjected to a fine of $1,000 and sent to prison between one month and two years.

Those on site are describing the situation as “pandemonium” and there may be video coming of the chaos.

Some of the precincts where Republicans have been removed are: the 44th Ward, 12th and 13th divisions; 6th Ward, 12th division; 32nd Ward, Division 28.

“Election board officials guard the legitimacy of the election process and the idea that Republicans are being intimidated and banned for partisan purposes does not allow for an honest and open election process,” said McCain-Palin spokesman Ben Porritt in a statement to Townhall.

The City of Brotherly Love was roiled in controversy during the 2004 election because of rigged voting machines that showed nearly 2,000 votes for Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry before the polls had opened. A man also used a gun to intimidate poll workers at Ward 30, division 11 in 2004.

Update:
Fox News just did a report about the controversy. The Democrats are saying that the polling station is crowded and election board members need to cycle through the areas intermittently.

Update 10:53am:
Pennsylvania Secretary of State Pedro Cortes says this matter is already being heard in court and should be resolved soon. He says there was a dispute of the names of the poll watchers on record. This is a different story than the Democratic officials told Fox News earlier this morning.

Black Panthers – Voter Intimidation – Philidelphia

Get out and vote. Don’t let thugs like this win.

Arrest Them All! Don’t forget, Ayers is tied deeply to the Black Panthers…

The New Black Panthers were registered and had maintained a page on MyBarack.com site until they were exposed, and Camp Obama claimed they did not know anything about it and that anyone could set one up even though their own system required approval from someone at Obama camp

Citizens Have No Standing In Verifying Presidential Eligibility Of Barack Obama

Judge Surrick has thrown the case out based on standing. This is a complete violation of the Constitution. The Constitution requires that the President must be a Natural Born Citizen.

So the people do not have Standing to make sure our Constitution is upheld. Well then who does have standing to ensure our rights and our constitutioin is upheld?

The government can challenge the eligibility of a voter (citizen). This is a prime example of what is in store for us if the liberals take over all three branches of the federal government. The people are on the verge of loosing our constitutional rights.

Stand up and be angry. Contact your Congressmen, your local leaders and demand that our constitution be upheld. If Obama can produce proof of Natural Born Citizenship and that he never gave them up, so be it, but make him answer to us. He has snubbed the American public by not submitting proof of his eligibility to be President, he has effectively said he does not care what our constitution says and he plans on continuing to disregard it. How can he defend/protect our constitution if he does not abide by it?

Philip Berg will now take the case to the Supreme Court to seek relief for the citizens of the United States.

Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 10/25/08) – Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that he is immediately appealing the dismissal of his case to the United States Supreme Court. The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.

Berg said, “I am totally disappointed by Judge Surrick’s decision and, for all citizens of the United States, I am immediately appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court.

This is a question of who has standing to uphold our Constitution. If I don’t have standing, if you don’t have standing, if your neighbor doesn’t have standing to question the eligibility of an individual to be President of the United States – the Commander-in-Chief, the most powerful person in the world – then who does?

So, anyone can just claim to be eligible for congress or the presidency without having their legal status, age or citizenship questioned.

According to Judge Surrick, we the people have no right to police the eligibility requirements under the U.S. Constitution.

What happened to ‘…Government of the people, by the people, for the people,…’ Abraham Lincoln in his Gettysburg Address 1863.

We must legally prevent Obama, the unqualified candidate, from taking the Office of the Presidency of the United States,” Berg said.

Our website obamacrimes.com now has 71.8 + million hits. We are urging all to spread the word of our website – and forward to your local newspapers and radio and TV stations.

Berg again stressed his position regarding the urgency of this case as, “we” the people, are heading to a “Constitutional Crisis” if this case is not resolved forthwith.

Obama Rooting For The Phillies— Er Rays

Barack Obama has shown once again that he will say anything for a vote… In PA he threw his support behind the Phillies in the World Series, however while campaigning in Florida he told them he was rooting for the Rays…

What is more of a concern, is this is how Barack Obama demonstrates his allegiances.. This is a character issue, that demonstrates that he is not on your side, he is not on the other side, he is on his side and will lie to make sure his agenda is achieved. Obama the Walking Contradiction

More Change You Can Believe In

Barack Obama, campaigning in the key swing state of Florida, is seeking to capitalize on the excitement over the World Series-bound Tampa Bay Rays, telling a Tampa crowd he was “showing some love for the Rays,” several members of which joined him onstage.

Only problem?

Obama, a self-avowed Chicago White Sox fan, declared his allegiance earlier this month for the Rays’ National League opponent in baseball’s championship, the Philadelphia Phillies.

On Oct. 11, Obama told a crowd in the City of Brotherly Love — the biggest city on the key swing state of Pennsylvania: “My White Sox are gone, so I’ll go ahead and root for the Phillies now.”

Yet in Tampa on Monday afternoon, where he was introduced by Rays players Fernando Perez and David Price, Obama also seemed to express support for the Rays, telling the crowd that he had just met with several members of the team backstage.

“I have said from the beginning that I’m a unity candidate, bringing people together. So when you see a White Sox fan showing some love for the Rays and the Rays showing some love back, you know we’re onto something here,” Obama said.

He added that he considered cutting his hair in a Mohawk to show solidarity with the team’s players, but “My political advisers said they weren’t sure how that would play with swing voters.”

“ I congratulate them,” he said of the Rays, who beat the Boston Red Sox on Sunday night to win the American League championship. “It is going to be an outstanding series. We are all looking forward to it,” Obama said. He added, “They are making Tampa proud.”

Obama spokesman Bill Burton stressed that his boss did not say he was rooting for the Rays.

“He said nice things about the members of the team who came to support him today, but that doesn’t change his feelings about the fact that they bounced his White Sox out of the playoffs,” Burton said, adding that Obama would root for the Phillies. “He’s a unity candidate and it is going to be a great series.”

Obama was joined onstage by Rays players Cliff Floyd, Edwin Jackson, Carl Crawford and Jonny Gomes, according to the campaign.

Obama’s opponent in the Democratic presidential primary, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, endured plenty of ribbing for rooting for both the Chicago Cubs and New York Yankees.

Clinton famously said at a 2007 debate that if the Yankees, her adopted hometown team, met the Cubs, her first hometown team, in the World Series, she “would probably have to alternate sides.”

John Murtha – Western PA Is Full Of Rednecks & Racists

John Murtha still unapplogetic for accusing our troops of comitting war crimes in Fallujah, even though all but one have been found innocent so far… Now calls his own constituiants in Western PA, Racists, but clarifies that they are only Rednecks

Another case of reverse racism, Murtha claims that these people will not vote for a black man just because he is black, what he really means is that you should vote for a black man because he is black…

Funny how Obama used his great line of clinging to guns and religion in PA, this is what liberals really think of PA… Good old Joe Biden from Scranton, PA should be speaking out against this, but then again he is the token white guy on the presidential ticket so he can’t…

Please people of Pennsylvania vote this ignorant retard out of office. Replace him with someone of some integrity.

CHARLEROI, Pa. — U.S. Rep. John Murtha is calling many of the people who put him in office “rednecks.”

The news comes one week after Murtha claimed the area is racist, then apologized for that comment.

In explaining his comments about racism, Murtha told WTAE it’s difficult for many in the area to change. Murtha said that just five to 10 years ago the entire area was “redneck.”

Now Murtha said only certain segments of the population are holding on to those racist feelings.

Just days after classifying western Pennsylvania as racist, Murtha took a step back from those comments, albeit a small one.

“What I said, that indicted everybody, that’s not what I meant at all. What I mean is there’s still folks that have a problem voting for someone because they are black,” Murtha said.

Murtha said the history of southwestern Pennsylvania is rife with racism.

“This whole area, years ago, was really redneck,” Murtha told Channel 4 Action News.

Murtha believes there is one segment of the population which is holding on to its racist beliefs and he said it’s difficult for them to change. Murtha said it may be even more difficult for them to vote for Barack Obama.

“Particularly older people. They want change but they don’t want to see things go too far,” Murtha said.

Throughout the Mon Valley there is a mixed reaction to Murtha’s claims.

“I think he made a big mistake. This valley is not racist. Not at all,” said Robert Gray, of Charleroi.

Maurice Taylor, also of Charleroi, disagrees.

“I think it probably is, couple people here and there. Like not everybody, but some of them definitely. Older people mostly,” Taylor said.

Murtha said he was not surprised to see Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton win the Democratic primary in Pennsylvania and he said he didn’t think Obama had a chance to win the presidency after that. But since then, he claims many western Pennsylvania voters have come around and he believes many voters have left their racist beliefs behind.

“It’s better than it was a few weeks ago. It’s better than it was a few months ago,” Murtha said.

Murtha said he has taken a new approach to dealing with voters who are factoring race into the equation. He said he asks them if they agree with John McCain’s healthcare policy or with his desire to privatize social security.

“I’m saying to them ‘let’s not vote on whether he’s black or white,’ Let’s vote on what the issues are,” said Murtha.

57,000 False Voter Registrations Submitted By ACORN in Philadelphi County

AtlasShruggs, brings us a great piece on Pennsylvania’s voter fraud being perpertrated by ACORN. ACORN is doing this around the country. Note that the 57,000 count is just one county. Multiply that number by all the places ACORN is “Getting The Vote Out”… This is going to create more problems as the election takes place. In most areas there is very little validation of who shows up at the polls. It is time for a Federal overhaul of the voter registration process to create a national database. Additonally voter validation at the polls needs to be updated and there needs to be proof of identity at the polls. It is time for America to stand up against this fraud.

More Change You Can Believe In.

There is no way, no way, we can have a fair election with legitimate results. No way. The taxpayer is funding this stealth coup against our election system. ACORN is the most egregious but they are hardly singular. We must STOP, verify  every voter, confirm their legitimacy. This is CHAOS and it is happening, strangely enough, in every battleground state.

There is something terribly, terribly wrong here. Ask Santorum about Pennsylvania.

By Jeffrey Lord
10/10/2008 4:09:45 PM

A retired Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice says that she is “not confident we can get a fair election” in the state come November.

Justice Sandra Newman, accompanied by Dauphin County District Attorney Edward Marsico and Pennsylvania Republican State Chairman Robert Gleason, expressed her concerns at a Harrisburgpress conference this morning. A thick document replete with photo copies of phony registrations and aerial shots of vacant lots used as “addresses” for “voters” was handed out to journalists.

Gleason was even more explicit.

“Between March 23rd and October 1st, various groups, including ACORN, submitted over 252,595 registrations to the Philadelphia County Election Board” with 57, 435 rejected for faulty information. “Most of these registrations were submitted by ACORN, and rejected due to fake social security numbers, incorrect dates of birth, clearly fraudulent signatures, addresses that do not exist, and duplicate registrations. In one case, a man was registered to vote more than 15 times since the Primary election.”

“Voter fraud is no longer just a Philadelphia problem,” Gleason said, with ACORN targeting key counties across the state. Counties specifically cited included:

* Delaware County: One of four key suburban counties that surround Philadelphia and are at the heart of the campaign by the forces of Senator Barack Obama to carry the state. In one instance, an ACORN employee circulating voter registration forms in Delaware County was featured on the Pennsylvania “Megan’s Law” website, described as having been arrested for “aggravated indecent assault” of a child. Other ACORN circulators had prior criminal records for forgery and giving false information to a police officer, among other charges. Gleason has provided copies of complaints from actual Delaware County voters who were notified by the local election board of their “new” registration to vote. One voter wrote that he “did not complete this form because this information does not match my info at all. I have been a voter for many years. Did not recently register to vote.” Said another: “I did not submit any application for voter registration…While the spelling of my name and address is correct, the birth date and Drivers License (sic) number are incorrect.” And another angrily wrote that the “personal information” on a form submitted in her name “IS NOT ME.” She added: Please have the county investigate this. I feel my identity is being compromised.”

* Philadelphia County: The situation in the state’s largest city is so bad the Philadelphia City Commission, which supervises the registration of Philadelphia voters, voted unanimously to “voluntarily” turn over its extensive records to the United States Attorney’s office for prosecution.

* Dauphin County: Dauphin County (the location of the state capital) District Attorney Marsico said the situation was so bad in Harrisburg that one ACORN worker is now being sought by authorities for submitting more than 100 fraudulent voter registration forms. The charge is 19 counts of perjury. One Harrisburg lobbyist, a voter for 30 years, had received notification she had recently filled out a registration form. The lobbyist went straight to the DA with her complaint. Marsico said that what was happening with ACORN “affects the integrity of the process” and that the volume of phony registrations made him “sure that others are going on” that have been undetected.

* Allegheny County: Pittsburgh. Here District Attorney Stephen A. Zappala Jr. and county police Superintendent Charles Moffatt have just announced, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, that “they are investigating and considering charges against ACORN staffers and other voter registration groups.”

* Centre County: The home of Penn State, which enrolls more than 40,000 students at its home campus. Justice Newman said there was a “massive effort” to fraudulently register students, with efforts aimed at “multiple registrations.”

* Erie County: The county at the northwestern tip of the state with its largest namesake city, here too students at local colleges are being targeted in “student registration drives” designed to register voters 18 and over “multiples of times.” Student registrants, registered to vote in their home states, had “pending absentee ballot applications” submitted so they could vote for president both in Pennsylvania and elsewhere. The Director of Elections in Erie has reported the telltale “same handwriting” on applications, according to Newman.

Marsico added that he believed the attempted fraud was being perpetrated in smaller Pennsylvania counties as well, counties where the resources to investigate simply don’t exist.

Perhaps most humorously was the role of 21st century technology in tracking down several attempted frauds. Through the wonder of Google, aerial shots displayed the following:

* 2418 Curtin Terrace in Philadelphia is — an empty field.
* 3103 S. 24th Street in Philadelphia — ditto.
* 4543 N. 11th Street in Philadelphia — ditto.

And so on. And on again.

Asked whether the Pennsylvania State Democratic Party had come forward to work with the GOP on the ACORN voter fraud issue, Gleason tersely shook his head. One source did say that much of the impetus for the fraud was “an Obama effort,” as opposed to the Democratic Party as an institution.

All of this brings Pennsylvania into focus as yet another key battleground state where a serious effort is being made to, bluntly put, steal the presidency in a move reminiscent of the attempts made by the 2000 Gore campaign in Florida. Just as ACORN’s efforts have been directed at key electoral states such as Florida, Colorado, Missouri, New Mexico Ohio, and Wisconsin, so within Pennsylvania have its efforts been targeted at key Pennsylvania counties. For decades the internal electoral math of the state for Republicans has been to overwhelm the heavy Democratic vote in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh with strong showings in the Philadelphia suburbs, Central Pennsylvania, and western counties outside Pittsburgh.

Thus have ACORN’s fraud efforts — those at least that have been detected — been directed at Philadelphia (where increasing the Obama total to counter less enthusiastic support from white ethnics becomes critical), Delaware County in the pro-GOP Philadelphia suburbs, Dauphin County (in the heart of Central Pennsylvania) and Erie in the Northwest.

Is it really possible that the presidency could be stolen for Obama by virtue of a massive voter fraud here in Pennsylvania? And elsewhere? ACORN seems to think so. One so-called “non-partisan” ACORN member, Gleason pointed out, has been captured on video tape saying the group’s objective was to “beat McCain down.” Not exactly “non-partisan” sounding, is it?

Newman, the retired Supreme Court Justice, was blunt on the evidence: “I don’t want a president who does this.”

ACORN clearly does. Makes you wonder: why?

Obama’s Oil Slick is Slicker Than Slick Willy

Living in PA, we are being bombarded by Obama ads. He has an running that he does not take money from the big oil companies, thus implying that Hillary does. Well as Factcheck.org rightly points out, he cannot take contributions from oil companies, it is illegal and has been for over a hundred years.

Now this is the real Obama, he is trying to manipulate the Bitter vote in his favor by trying to make it look like Hillary does take contributions from the Oil Companies.

The truth of the matter is, he does take money from oil companies, just not directly. Employees of oil companies and their families are allowed to contribute to his campaign, as well as Hillary’s and McCain’s campaign.

As Factcheck brings to public light, two of Obama’s fund raisers are oil/gas executives who have raised between $50,000-$100,000 each as well as donations from employees of oil/gas companies totaling around $230,000.

This is a great ploy on his part with the recent hikes in gas prices. In North Eastern PA where I live gas is almost $3.50/g and estimates are $4-$5/g by end of summer.

Is this the Change Obama wants to bring to us? He keeps talking about change, well, his dirty politics, lies and all around assuming American voters are dumb, is not change, we have seen this politics for years.

Obama says he doesn’t take money from oil companies. We say that’s a little too slick.
Summary
In a new ad, Obama says, “I don’t take money from oil companies.”
  • Obama has accepted more than $213,000 from individuals who work for companies in the oil and gas industry and their spouses.

  • Two of Obama’s bundlers are top executives at oil companies and are listed on his Web site as raising between $50,000 and $100,000 for the presidential hopeful.
Analysis
Sen. Barack Obama’s ad began running late last week in Pennsylvania and Indiana. In it, Obama talks about the United States’ reliance on foreign oil and the need for energy independence and alternative fuels.
Only Legal Contributions, Please

Obama’s right on both counts when he says that “Exxon’s making $40 billion a year, and we’re paying $3.50 for gas.” ExxonMobil’s profits in 2007 hit $40.6 billion, the highest ever recorded by any company.

Obama ’08 Ad: Nothing’s ChangedObama

Obama:
Since the gas lines of the ’70s, Democrats and Republicans have talked about energy independence, but nothing’s changed — except now Exxon’s making $40 billion a year, and we’re paying $3.50 for gas.
I’m Barack Obama. I don’t take money from oil companies or Washington lobbyists, and I won’t let them block change anymore. They’ll pay a penalty on windfall profits. We’ll invest in alternative energy, create jobs and free ourselves from foreign oil.
I approve this message because it’s time that Washington worked for you. Not them.

The national average price for a gallon of gas in the week ending March 24, the most recent data available, was $3.26, but prices are higher than the average in some areas.
Our problem comes with this statement:

Obama: I don’t take money from oil companies or Washington lobbyists, and I won’t let them block change anymore.

It’s true that Obama doesn’t take money directly from oil companies, but then, no presidential, House or Senate candidate does. They can’t: Corporations have been prohibited from contributing directly to federal candidates since the Tillman Act became law in 1907.
Obama has, however, accepted more than $213,000 in contributions from individuals who work for, or whose spouses work for, companies in the oil and gas industry, according to the Center for Responsive Politics. That’s not as much as Sen. Hillary Clinton, who has received more than $306,000 in donations from people tied to the industry, but it’s still a substantial amount.

Here’s a chart we made, using the OpenSecrets.org database, of contributions to Obama from individuals employed by some of the largest oil companies in the U.S. Our numbers are conservative because the database doesn’t include donations of less than $200 (federal law doesn’t require the reporting of donations below that amount), and we haven’t included sums donated by the spouses or other immediate family members of the employees. Additionally, we haven’t included donations from people who work at smaller firms in the industry.

When the Clinton campaign criticized Obama’s ad, calling it “false advertising,” Obama’s campaign quickly noted that he didn’t take money from political action committees or lobbyists.
We’d say the Obama campaign is trying to create a distinction without very much of a practical difference. Political action committee funds are pooled contributions from a company’s or an organization’s individual employees or members; corporate lobbyists often have a big say as to where a PAC’s donations go. But a PAC can give no more than $5,000 per candidate, per election. We’re not sure how a $5,000 contribution from, say, Chevron’s PAC would have more influence on a candidate than, for example, the $9,500 Obama has received from Chevron employees giving money individually.

In addition, two oil industry executives are bundling money for Obama – drumming up contributions from individuals and turning them over to the campaign. George Kaiser, the chairman of Oklahoma-based Kaiser-Francis Oil Co., ranks 68th on the Forbes list of world billionaires. He’s listed on Obama’s Web site as raising between $50,000 and $100,000 for the candidate. Robert Cavnar is president and CEO of Milagro Exploration LLC, an oil exploration and production company. He’s named as a bundler in the same category as Kaiser.

We’re not making any judgments about whether Obama is influenced by campaign contributions. In fact, we’d note that he singles out ExxonMobil in this ad, even though he’s received more than $30,850 from individuals who work for the company. But we do think that in theory, contributions that come in volume from oil industry executives, or are bundled by them, can be every bit as influential as PAC contributions, if not more so.

Lobbyist Loopholes?

We’ve noted before that Obama’s policy of not taking money from lobbyists is a bit of hair-splitting. It’s true that he doesn’t accept contributions from individuals who are registered to lobby the federal government. But he does take money from their spouses and from other individuals at firms where lobbyists work. And some of his bigger fundraisers were registered lobbyists until they signed on with the Obama campaign.

Even the campaign has acknowledged that this policy is flawed. “It isn’t a perfect solution to the problem and it isn’t even a perfect symbol,” Obama spokesman Bill Burton has said.

– by Viveca Novak, with Justin Bank

Technically, that’s true, since a law that has been on the books for more than a century prohibits corporations from giving money directly to any federal candidate. But that doesn’t distinguish Obama from his rivals in the race.

We find the statement misleading:
