Fireworks Kids Fit Profile of Terrorist – Updated

Ahmed Abda Sherf Mohamed and Yousef Samir Megahed face charges for possession of pipe bombs, however authorities repeatedly said there are not terrorist links… Fear of CAIR I guess.

Pay careful attention to the comments of this woman… Terrorists, Never Settled, Could be gone in five minutes, Delivery of Oxygen Tanks

Atlas Shrugs reports that the FBI was testing an unknown liquid found in the vehicle with the firworks kids.

I wonder what other deliveries there were to these two.

Michelle Maklin has an update on the fireworks kids… some of it is in my reply to a comment, however there is some additional information in Maklin’s post.

Okay, now what the Tampa Tribune doesn’t tell you is that 12402 Pampas Place just happens to be the address of a home that had been rented previously to WISE (World and Islam Studies Enterprise), one of two groups founded by convicted jihad supporter Sami Al-Arian, who was a professor at University of South Florida–the same university that Megahed and Mohamed attend. Dan Riehl has much more. Tampa’s Fox 13 shows investigators removing PVC piping from the home:

Tipster Bill Warner has been investigating the Pampas Place home for years and writes that one of the names tied to the address is FBI Most Wanted terrorist Ramadan Shallah.

  1. if you really insist on knowin they are college students moving into an apartment close to campus out of the family home. if they were moving all around why would they have been here 5 years goin to the same school. another person lying about another muslim. get it right

  2. Hardly lying about another Muslim, but rather posting what information is known.

I have yet to see anything supporting your claim. Mohamed’s family is in Kuwait and the only thing I have seen about Megahed’s family location is that they live in Tampa, nothing about either of them living there.

Additionally in the continued investigation this house was raided and has some odd links to.

“Agents executed a search warrant about 8 a.m. at 12402 Pampas Place and stayed several hours, he said. The home is owned by Noor Salhab, property records show.

A neighbor said Thursday night that Noor Salhab and his wife are living in a rented home nearby on Soaring Avenue.

Records show the owner of that house on Soaring Avenue is Sameeh Hammoudeh, a co-defendant in the trial of Sami Al-Arian. Al-Arian was a USF professor who was tried for funding terrorists organizations. He was acquitted but pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to provide services to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

Slahab’s son, Ghassan Salhab, is living at the Pampas Place house with roommates. One of the roommates is Ahmad Ishtay. Back in July, Tampa police cited Ishtay and Mohamed for shooting squirrels in a park.”

“Mohamed had moved some of his belongings to the house but never fully moved in or paid anything, Salhab told Bedier. Salhab told Bedier he didn’t know Mohamed had moved things in until the search warrant by the FBI.”

Then there are the oddities in information

“Ishtay, who rents a Temple Terrace house and works at Boston Market, said he met Mohamed and Megahed through a roommate. He said he didn’t know the roommate’s last name, but he was from Mauritania.

Another of Ishtay’s roommates, Ghassan Salhab, 27, said the man from Mauritania moved here from Canada recently and returned there Monday.”

Didn’t know his roommates last name? Roomate moved back to Canada on Monday.

And then there is Mohamed’s own sworn statement

“Mohamed, 24, said he made pipe bombs from items he bought at Wal-Mart, according to an affidavit with his arrest warrant. ”

Before trying to pull out the “race card” (religion card) look at all the facts that are known.
