Update: 2/2008

Moved back to Joomla, hosting provider had more issues and lost data in the database. Have registered the site under wasteofmyoxygen.co.cc, I did this so that I can start using Google Apps for access to the site and if necessary manage DNS entries for subdomains.

I have changed the site back to strict PHP and MySQL as the content management systems each had too many drawbacks and constrained creativity.

The site setup is complete in terms of the major layout. I have created each of the sections that will exist for now.

I did add a library which will contain reading material I feel is important for all Americans to understand. I started by putting up the Declaration of Independence, Constitution,  Bill of Rights and Amendments to the Constitution. Currently they are only in HTML, as time permits I will create PDF files of each, which will be print friendly. I also want to add the actual images to the site for those interest in seeing the documents that forged our country.

I am looking for good copies, without interpretation of the Federalist Papers, as I feel these are essential to understanding the Constitution fully and appreciating what freedoms we are afforded.

I hope to get back to working on the other areas of the site soon, time has been limited due to work and personal obligations.

I have finished most of the TAC site setup and organization. I have opened registration for now, even though there is little content and for right now content is available to the public. Down the road I will probably limit what is available to the public and what will require membership.

If anyone is interested in contributing to the site please feel free to let me know.

I have create a new site for Terrorism Awareness (TAC). I have setup a series of resources for learning about terrorism, staying current on news, created a new link for the Visual Guide to Terrorist Attacks and will be adding a Profiles In Terror (PIT) section. I have made a change to the hosting server, as the original host had too many restrictions on resources.

I have installed a product called Joomlato the manage the site. I have to finish configuring the items that will be available, once that is done I will start adding content.

I have made some changes to the Visual Guide to Terrorist Attacks. I am mapping out using Google Earth and creating a KML file. This seems to give me more accuracy when locating sites, plus I can work on it offline.  Additionally, others can download the KML file and load it in Google Earth.

The Profiles In Terror section will be profiles of Terrorist organizations, people and sponsors of terrorism.

I am thinking about adding a page on NBCs, but that is a latter venture, as I need to find time to work on the projects above.

A Visual Guide Terrorist Attacks World Wide - This is a work in progress. It is time consuming, researching the locations (I am trying to place pins as accurately as possible when information is available) and figures. If you have specific information feel free to submit it to me via email in the following format and I will add to the map.
