Iran Upset Over US/Saudi Arms Deal

Recently Debka reported Russian/Iranian arms deal for fighter jets. Iran is ok with that deal, however they are upset that the US and Saudi Arabi have brokered a deal as well, which would include technology to improve the Saudi fighter jets stiking ability, according the the Washington Post.

Iranian FM spokesman, Mohammad Ali Hosseini,  says that

“What the Persian Gulf region needs is stability and security, Americans have been trying to disturb it by selling weapons to the region”

OK now maybe it is me, but isn’t this what the Russian/Iranian fight jet deal is, selling weapons to the region?

But that’s ok, because it is for Iran’s defensive offensive capabilities… Hey how about smuggling arms into Iraq and Lebanon, that will bring stability to the region.
